Method 2 to transfer your contacts from Blackberry to other phone
The Method 1 works fine but it is a little complicated. The other
method which can use is with the help of Google Apps. Unfortunately Google has
started charging for the apps so if your business is using Google Apps then
there is no doubt that you should opt for this method.
1. Download the Google
Synchronization application by visiting m.google.com/sync from
your Blackberry Handset.
2. Start the app and
enter your Google login details. If you have a Google account enter the details
of those accounts here, that account will be working here only and if you are
not having one sign up for one and it’s free of cost.
3. After logging in with
your Google account select the “Sync Now” option and all the contacts that are
in your Blackberry handset will be uploaded in your Google Account.
4. Now your work on your
Blackberry handset is finished and you need to pick up your iPhone for
transferring the contacts. Go to Settings and then Navigate to Mail,
Contacts, and Calendars. After reaching here tap on “Add account” and then
choose Microsoft Exchange (Add the account details so that your data can be synced).
Now, enter your Gmail account details which you used while backing up your
contacts from your Blackberry handset.
5. After logging in move
to “Server” field and there type m.google.com.
Then select “Sync” option and mark both Contacts and Calendar. All your
contacts will be transferred to your iPhone and will also stay in your Google
Account which you can access from anywhere.
